**What is microcement?**
Microcement (micro-resin) is a 2–3 mm polymer-cement coating applied over existing substrates (tiles, screed, plasterboard) to create a seamless, joint-free decorative surface. It requires no demolition and adds no structural load.

**Can microcement be applied over existing tiles?**
Yes. Microcement bonds directly to ceramic, porcelain, and stone tiles provided the surface is clean and properly primed. No tile removal needed.

**Is microcement waterproof?**
Yes. Our Idropol and PavaPool systems are hydrophobic and rated for wet zones including bathrooms, showers, wet rooms, and pools.

**Does microcement crack?**
Rynova's polymer-reinforced formulations flex with the substrate. Correct preparation and our multi-layer protocol prevent cracking associated with standard cement screeds.

**How long does installation take?**
A typical 30 sqm residential floor takes 5–7 working days (prep, primer, base, finish, sealing). Larger projects scale accordingly.

**What colours are available?**
60+ standard colours from warm beiges to bold charcoals. Custom tints available. Physical samples provided within 48 hours.

**Is microcement suitable for Dubai's outdoor climate?**
Yes. Outdoor systems use UV-stable sealers and topcoats rated for Gulf temperatures (40°C+), salt air, and humidity. Anti-slip additive applied as standard on all outdoor surfaces.

**How do you maintain microcement?**
Daily cleaning with a damp mop and pH-neutral cleaner. Reseal every 3–5 years (residential) or 2–3 years (commercial). No abrasive or acidic products.
